EXCELLENTVerified This condo was in an amazing location, walking distance to town with lots of food options, as well as the beautiful beach. Includes a full kitchen, with all you need for an at home meal. Check in and out was easy and the entire hosting team was responsive with communication with a few questions came up. We had a wonderful week!Verified What you need more than a perfect place with no problems is a responsible, communicative, caring host to help you solve whatever problems might arise. Cathy is that, and has a local team in place to help with any urgent matters. Traveling alone internationally, I felt I had her support in case of emergency, and that provided a significant degree of relief and sense of safety. This place is in an absolutely ideal location, right on the beach, with its fantastic pool in the complex, and barely a 15 min walk from the town square with all the restaurants, coffee shops, etc. It’s also located near two great beach clubs with umbrellas and chairs for rent and great menus. While I did have some problems with the unit during my stay, all of them were addressed and resolved. I would absolutely stay here again due to the exceptional hosts.Verified Our first trip to Puerto Morelos was fantastic and Cathy’s place served the 3 of us very well! The condo was clean and in a great location - a few steps to the pool and the beach. And, a short walk to restaurants, shops and grocery store. Cannot wait to come back to PM!Verified We loved our time in Puerto Morelos! It was our first time staying in this part of Mexico as a family and we loved the mix of the quieter town and the easy access to activities. The place was just like the pictures, big, bright, airy, and comfortable. While it was very clean, the showers had been missed. It may have been to some drainage issues they were having but it was fixed immediately. Cathy was very responsive to any issues that came up and went above and beyond in helping us find an English speaking doctor when my husband hurt his foot. The pool and beach access was fantastic and the ocean breeze was all we needed to keep the unit cool. There is also a great little beach bar right next door with fabulous drinks and food. I was worried it might get loud but it never did. We’ll be back one day if we can!Verified This is the perfect set up for two couples traveling together! Each bedroom has a king size bed and its own bathroom, so perfect for sharing. Love having a balcony facing the sunset and another one facing the sunrise. Everything you need to cook if you’re interested in cooking, but so many restaurants close by within walking distance.Verified I couldn’t begin to say enough nice things about Cathy and the condo. The space is beautiful, clean , spacious and wonderfully set up. Our flights home got cancelled and Cathy helped us with places to stay and was so kind. Communications with Cathy from the beginning to the very end was flawless. The pool and grounds are very well maintained. Easy walk downtown to all the restaurants and a really nice grocery store. Positioned in a wonderful part of Puerto Morelos on the beach and close enough to bars, restaurants and shopping to not need a car.We had a wonderful time here. The only thing between you and the beach is the swimming pool. And when you're sun baked from a day in the sun, the apartment is cool, calm, spacious and well-equipped.Communication with the host was fantastic, and on-site help was fantastic.Even when there we reported a dripping AC unit, it was fixed within 2hrs.Highly recommended!
